Cheraw Chamber of Commerce Big Saturday Tailgate Community Pep Rally Date: Saturday, August 17, 2024 Time: 2:00 - 6:00 pm Location: Cypress Music Hall parking lot - Cook Off (Starts @ 2:00 pm): Best Ribs, Best Wings & Best Dessert (must be represented/sponsored by a business) - Team Spirit Award: Best Decorations - Kid’s Corner: Face Painting, Inflatables, Crafts - Band & Cheerleaders Performance - Introduction of the Football Team - Corn Hole Tournament: 4:00 - 5:00 pm (registration forms below) - 50/50 Raffle: 2:00 - 5:00 pm - Silent Auction: Custom Metal Braves Sign, 2:00 - 5:00 pm - Gatorade Drive Competition: Between CHS & LMS This event invites everyone, including individuals and businesses, to donate any type of sports drinks to support the sports teams of Long Middle School and Cheraw High School. There will be two tables set up for the donations, one for each school! - Braves Merch Tent: Mel’s on Market - Car Show: 2:00 - 5:00 pm (registration form below) - Cypress Music Hall: Open for adult beverages - Dizzy's Bar and Grill: Open at 2:00 pm for adult beverages - Food Trucks - Sonic: Providing food for the athletes - & more!
